Jim is amazing. Found a buyer for us before the house was even listed. Time from meeting with Jim to the sale of our house and purchase of a condo (Jim handled both) was just over six weeks. Our friends were amazed. Jim's follow-through and responsiveness were superb. Even though Jim found a buyer before we had to stage the house for sale, early on in the process, he brought in a stager for whom he paid. Jim handles a lot of very expensive properties, but was happy to help sell our more modestly priced house.
