Jim is a consummate professional and lovely human! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and was a perfect match for a first-time buyer. He was supportive and comprehensive, meeting after every visit for a full debrief of each property's pros and cons. He carefully listened to likes and dislikes while also giving his own opinion and take on each property. I appreciated how he treated us like we were incredibly important and valued, even though we were far from being a big sale! I couldn't recommend Jim more!
